Ryan, Osprey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detta Seery, Wilderwood<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>John Stewart, Kennington <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Joe Scanlon, Kennington<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aims<\/strong><br>The Aims of the Association are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To protect, maintain and improve conditions and amenities in the area for the benefit of Ordinary Members and their families.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To encourage community and social interaction for the benefit of Ordinary Members and their families.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To improve communication between neighbours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Association shall be non-party-political and non-sectarian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Membership<\/strong><br>Membership is open to all householders in the designated area which includes the following estates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Willington<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wilderwood<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Osprey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rushbrook<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kennington<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any resident, having paid their annual subscription, is deemed to be an Ordinary Member of the Association, subject to a limit of one Ordinary Member per household.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subscription<\/strong><br>The annual subscription shall be \u20ac20 per household, or such sum as shall be fixed from time to time at a General Meeting of the WORK Committee.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Committee Members AimsThe Aims of the Association are: The Association shall be non-party-political and non-sectarian.
